3D Modeling Phase
The 3D modeling phase is an important step in the process of creating a 3D rendering of your project. During this phase, we will use your plans, elevations, sketches, materials, ideas, or inspiration images to build a preliminary 3D model. We understand that this is a crucial stage, as it is the foundation upon which the final rendering will be built. Therefore, we will work closely with you to ensure that the 3D model accurately reflects your vision and meets your needs. Once the model is complete, we will generate a quick preview rendering and send it to you for approval. This is an excellent opportunity for you to provide any comments or make any necessary adjustments to the design. If you need assistance with the design process, we are here to help and can offer ideas and guidance as needed. Overall, the 3D modeling phase is a collaborative effort between us and you, and it is essential in ensuring that the final rendering is a success.
Rendering and Post Production Phase
Once you have approved the 3D model geometry, we will move on to the rendering phase. During this phase, we will create the 3D surrounding environment using various sources such as Google Earth satellite images, images provided by you, survey information, the site plan, and the landscape architecture plan. The 3D model will be finalized during this phase, incorporating any of your comments or ideas. Before proceeding with rendering, we will set up the camera angle and send you a screenshot for approval. Once the camera angle is approved, we will generate a preliminary progress rendering, which is a raw image created by the 3D rendering software.
The post production phase is an essential part of the 3D rendering process, as it takes the raw rendering and transforms it into a polished, realistic representation of your project. During this phase, we will work on a high resolution photo montage, adding a variety of details, plants, people, and other elements to the image to make it look as lifelike as possible. This includes carefully considering the lighting, shadows, and other visual effects to ensure that the final rendering accurately reflects the design and intended atmosphere of your project. We will also make any necessary adjustments to the overall composition and color scheme to create a cohesive and visually appealing final product. Ultimately, the goal of the post production phase is to create a rendering that accurately conveys the design and atmosphere of your project, and that effectively communicates your vision to your audience. Overall, this phase is crucial in bringing the final rendering to life and making it as realistic and visually appealing as possible.
